As Co-founder and Master Trainer at Vital Learning Danmark, I specialize in helping leaders and knowledge workers throughout Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands develop the skills they need to thrive in today's demanding work environment.
With certifications as a Getting Things Done® (GTD) Master Trainer and Crucial Conversations Master Trainer, I bring world-class methodologies to organizations seeking to improve productivity, communication, and decision-making. I am one of only seven people in the world with all possible GTD certifications through David Allen Company.
I have worked with thousands of people in some of the biggest organizations across Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands, including Novo Nordisk, Maersk, Grundfos, Siemens, EY, Ørsted, Facebook, the Danish Regions and the Danish Health Authorities.
